We cleaned up most of <br /> the existing wiring, but did not run any new circuits. The owner stopped us from replacing all the 120 <br /> volt receptacles and switches. He said he would also do the Smoke Detectors. <br /> The owner was informed before we started that ARK FAULT protection may be required at the panel <br /> on newer wiring on the day of the initial meg test. <br /> This letter is to help the City of Everett make a more informed decision on how to proceed. <br /> We do not feel we are responsible except for the branch circuit wires correctly stapled and the <br /> certification of the insulation of the existing branch circuits before the smoke detectors were installed. <br /> We did not install any branch circuits. <br /> Thank you for your feedback. <br /> John C.
