• <br /> * ,, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /3 '7-70 <br /> An ordinance amending the present ordinance with regard to <br /> parking mobile homes or trailers in the City of Everett, <br /> Section 21. 10.01 and Section 21. 10.02 of Ordinance No. 34-69 <br /> (E.C .C. 17. 12. 120 and 17. 12. 130) . <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 21. 10.01 of Ordinance No. 34-69 (ECC 17 . 12. 120) <br /> is hereby amended in full to read hereafter as follows: <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any mobile home <br /> or trailer in the City of Everett, except within a mobile home park; <br /> PROVIDED, however, that the same may be parked and used outside of <br /> the mobile home park for a period not to exceed 48 hours continuous <br /> time for sleeping and housekeeping purposes. Commercially constructed <br /> mobile homes (trailers) may be used as a temporary contractor's or <br /> watchman's office, lunch room, and/or drying and tool room on the <br /> job site while construction is in progress and/or a building permit <br /> is valid. Commercially constructed and custom designed mobile homes <br /> (trailers) may be utilized as temporary quarters for business concerns <br /> on a site proposed for a permanent structure and for which a building <br /> permit has been applied for or issued. <br /> Section 2: Section 21. 10.02 of Ordinance No. 34-69 (ECC 17. 12. 130) is <br /> hereby amended in full to read hereafter as follows: <br /> Not withstanding Ordinance No. 4308 (ECC 2. 12), when approved by the <br /> City Council, a commercially constructed and custom designed mobile <br /> home (trailer) may be temporarily used and occupied for a period not <br /> to exceed six months for either private or public educational purposes, <br /> or for governmental purposes. The City Council shall stipulate terms <br /> and conditions for such approval, including but not limited to the <br /> number of parking spaces required, the number of exits required in the <br /> mobile home (trailer) , the distance required from adjacent properties <br /> or structures, and the plubming and water hook-ups . There shall be <br /> a $100.00 processing fee for each permit granted hereunder. <br /> Section 3: An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance <br /> shall take effect upon becoming valid. <br /> c 1(21_ <br /> MAYOR <br /> Att <br /> JQC AA.t <br /> f.'
