• <br /> publication to be not more than forty-five (45) nor <br /> less than thirty (30). days prior to the date fixed <br /> for such redemption. [On Series C Bonds , add such <br /> redemption notice shall also be mailed within the <br /> same period to Wm. P . Harper & Son & Company at its <br /> principal office in Seattle, Washington, or its <br /> successor. ] Interest on any bonds so called for <br /> redemption shall cease to accrue on the date fixed <br /> for its redemption unless the bond shall not be <br /> redeemed upon presentation made pursuant to such <br /> call. <br /> This bond is one of a series of $ ,000 . 00 par <br /> value of the "City of Everett Parking System Revenue <br /> Bonds , Series ( ) , " all of like date, tenor and effect, <br /> except for denominations , maturities and interest rates <br /> (if more than one interest rate is bid) , which bonds <br /> are issued pursuant to the laws of the State of <br /> Washington for the purpose of providing a part of the <br /> funds to carry out a comprehensive plan for the <br /> provision of off-street parking space and facilities <br /> for motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the <br /> City as specified and adopted by Ordinance No. 47-69 <br /> and ordered to be carried out by Ordinance No. 62-69 <br /> and is payable solely out of the gross revenues of <br /> the Everett Off-street Parking System and the gross <br /> revenues of the Everett on-street parking meters and <br /> does not constitute an indebtedness of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, within the meaning of any <br /> constitutional or statutory limitation upon the <br /> incurring of indebtedness . <br /> The City covenants and agree with the holder of this <br /> bond that it will keep and perform all of the covenants <br /> of this bond and of Ordinance No. to be by it kept <br /> and performed. <br /> The City pledges and binds itself to set aside from <br /> the gross revenues derived from the operation and/or <br /> ownership of the Everett Off-street Parking System and <br /> from the gross revenues of the Everett on-street <br /> parking meters in the amount of $20 ,000 . 00 annually <br /> for the fiscal years ending December 31, 1971 , to <br /> December 31, 1976 , inclusive, and $10 , 000 . 00 annually <br /> thereafter and to pay into the "Everett Parking System <br /> Revenue Bond and Interest Sinking Fund Account" the <br /> various amounts required by Ordinance No. to be <br /> paid into that account. The amounts so pledged are <br /> hereby declared to be a first and prior charge and lien <br /> upon the said gross revenues derived from the operation <br /> and/or ownership of the Everett Off-street Parking <br /> System and the Everett on-street parking meters to the <br /> limits of the amounts pledged superior to all other <br /> charges of any kind or nature, except the necessary <br /> cost of maintenance and operation of said System and <br /> said meters . <br /> It is hereby certified and declared that all acts , <br /> conditions and things required to exist, to have <br /> happened and have been performed precedent to and in <br /> the issuance of this bond do exist, have happened and <br /> have been performed in regular form, time and manner. <br /> -10- <br />
