necessary to carry out the comprehensive plan for the provision of ' off-street parking space and facilities for motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the City and to comply with the aforesaid Loan Agreement as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. As used in this ordinance the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise indicates : A. The words "Series A Bonds" shall mean the "City of Everett Parking System Revenue Bonds , Series A, " authorized by this ordinance to be issued as either a single bond or as serially numbered bearer coupon bonds in the amount of $258 ,000 .00 or the serially numbered bearer coupon bonds to which the single bond may be converted at the request of the purchaser or holder of the single bond under the provisions of this ordinance. B. The words "Series B Bonds" shall mean the "City of Everett Parking System Revenue Bonds , Series B, " authorized by this ordinance to be issued as either a single bond or as serially numbered bearer coupon bonds in the amount of $262 ,000 .00 or the serially numbered bearer coupon bonds to which the single bond may be converted at the request of the purchaser or holder of the single bond under the provisions of this ordinance . C . The words "Series C Bonds" shall mean the "City of Everett Parking System Revenue Bonds , Series C, " authorized by this ordinance to be issued as serially numbered bearer coupon bonds in the amount of $477 ,000 . 00 par value . D. The word "City" shall mean the City of Everett, Washington, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington. E. The word "Project" shall mean the construction of essential public works or facilities consisting of off-street parking space and facilities for motor vehicles within the City of Everett as specified and adopted in the comprehensive plan therefor as adopted -3-
