Interest on any bonds so called for redemption shall cease to accrue on the date fixed for its redemption unless the bond shall not be redeemed upon presentation made pursuant to such call. So long as the United States Government holds any of the Series A Bonds and/or Series B Bonds , it will waive the non-callable provisions , redemption premiums and publication of notice of call applicable thereto. The holder of any Series C Bonds may waive the non-callable provisions , redemption premiums and publication of notice of call applicable thereto and in the event such non-callable provisions and redemption premiums are waived, bonds then callable at par plus accrued interest shall be redeemed in inverse numerical order prior to any outstanding Series C Bonds that are callable at a premium.
