• ORDINANCE NO. 9 .2,- —7 o AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF a portion of 20th Ave. West, That portion of the NE 1/4 Section 11, T 28 North, Range 4 East W. M. , described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north-south center line and the South line of said Section 11; thence N 00°58'35x` E alon% said center line a distance of 2645. 05 feet; thence N 00 25'46" E along the center line of said Section 11 a distance of 1325. 82 feet; thence S 88°04'15" E along the North line of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 11 a distance of 100. 03 feet; thence S 01°13'48" W a distance of 974. 76 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 89034'14" E a distance of 33. 69 feet; thence S 00°25'46" W a distance of 100. 00 feet; thence N 89°34'14" W a distance of 35. 09 feet; thence N 01°13'48" E to the true point of beginning. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the street above described have duly filed a petition with the City Council of the City of Everett praying for vacation of said street; and, WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 12th day of August, 1970, at 10:00 a. m. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and, WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and, WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections to the vacating of the herein described street were heard and discussed; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that a portion of said street to be vacated should be vacated, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the street of the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the NE 1/4 Section 11, T 28 North, Range 4 East W.
