PROPOSITION <br /> • SWIMMING POOL BONDS '$1, 400 ,000 .00 '' <br /> Shall the City of Everett, Washington, incur <br /> a general indebtedness and issue and sell not <br /> to exceed $1 , 400 , 000 . 00 of general obligation <br /> bonds , but in no event to exceed, together with <br /> outstanding general indebtedness of the City <br /> incurred for general municipal purposes , the <br /> amount of indebtedness permitted by law at the <br /> time of the sale of the bonds , the proceeds <br /> thereof to be used solely for capital purposes <br /> other than the replacement of equipment, to pay <br /> the cost of acquiring and constructing two <br /> municipal swimming pools and related facilities <br /> at sites to be determined by the City Council, <br /> such bonds to be paid by annual tax levies to <br /> be made without limitation as to rate or amount <br /> and to mature serially, annually, in from two to <br /> not to exceed five(5) years after date of issu- <br /> ance, all as provided in Ordinance No. 9/- 70 , <br /> passed on September y3 , 1970? <br /> SWIMMING POOL BONDS . . . YES /7 <br /> SWIMMING POOL BONDS . . . NO /7 <br /> The Snohomish County Auditor , ex-officio Supervisor of <br /> Elections of the County, shall have jurisdiction over and shall conduct <br /> such special election in conjunction with the state general election <br /> to be held on the same date. The Deputy City Clerk shall deliver to <br /> the Snohomish County Auditor, as ex-officio Supervisor of Elections , <br /> a certified copy of this ordinance showing its passage and including <br /> the ballot title herein set forth. <br /> Section 5 .
