• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE regulating the privilege of selling <br /> or dispensing container beer and wine at the <br /> club houses of Legion Park and Walter E. Hall <br /> Golf Courses and amending Section 21 of Ordinance <br /> No. 3471 (E. C. C. 14. 08. 210) <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 21 of Ordinance No. 3471 (E. C. C. 14. 08. 210) is hereby <br /> amended in full to read hereafter as follows: <br /> "City Council may grant to concessionaires of the City of Everett <br /> operating at the club houses of Legion Park and Walter E. Hall Golf <br /> Courses the privilege, subject to appropriate City, state and federal <br /> requirements, of selling and/or dispensing container beer and wine, provided, <br /> however, that said privilege shall be limited to those concessionaires who <br /> operate full restaurant facilities in conjunction with the sale and/or <br /> dispensing of beer and wine. <br /> The sale or dispensing of any intoxicating liquors on City park property <br /> other than by a concessionaire or person authorized by the City of Everett <br /> shall be unlawful. <br /> The sale or dispensing or consumption of intoxicating liquors on City park <br /> property shall be limited to the concessionaire's premises only. Possession <br /> of an open container of intoxicating liquor or consumption of liquor at any <br /> location other than the premises of duly licensed concessionaires to whom <br /> the privilege to sell beer and wine has been granted by the City Council <br /> shall be unlawful and shall subject violators to prosecution under existing <br /> City criminal ordinances.
