• a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. yF- 7D <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett City <br /> Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572) entitled: <br /> "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within the <br /> City of Everett; limiting the height of buildings; <br /> prescribing building line and size of yard and other <br /> open spaces; providing for the division of the City <br /> into use zones; creating a Board of Adjustments; <br /> and providing for penalties for violation of the <br /> Ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has <br /> determined that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and zoned R-3, <br /> Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone, and such zoning will be in <br /> harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> concur in the findings of the Planning Commission and does hereby find that <br /> the change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett, <br /> and will not be in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4) is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> That portion of the North 1/2 of the Southwest <br /> 1/4 of Section 12, Township 28 North, Range <br /> 4 East W. M. , lying Easterly of the Plat of Hardeson <br /> Road Industrial Park and less the Easterly 340 <br /> feet (lying Easterly of Hardeson Road, Westerly <br /> of Upper Ridge Road, and North of SR-526) <br /> be zoned from M-1, Heavy Manufacturing Zone, to R-3, Multiple Family Low <br /> Density Residence Zone. <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the passage of <br /> this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, <br /> and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in <br /> which the same is now established, as provided by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 <br /> (Ordinance 3572) as amended. <br />
