'7 f, 7 ./ <br /> AN ORDINANCE declaring persons obstructing <br /> the street or sidewalk to be disorderly., <br /> and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> All persons who stand, remain or congregate upon any public <br /> street or sidewalk in the City of Everett in such manner as to obstruct, <br /> prevent or interfere with the free and unobstructed use of such street <br /> or sidewalk by other persons and who shall fail or refuse to move on or <br /> disperse upon being ordered to do so by any police officer of the City of <br /> Everett, or other peace officer, are hereby declared to be disorderly persons. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Any person convicted of being a disorderly person under this ordinance, <br /> or convicted of violating this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor <br /> and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500,00 or imprisonment of a <br /> term not exceeding six months or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance <br /> shall take effect upon becoming valid . <br /> 60-aA.,-/ (I?
