ORDINANCE NO. C),> -70 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington , adopting a plan for the acquisition, construc- tion and installation of certain additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city , declaring the estimated cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $350 ,000 of sewer revenue bonds of the city to provide funds to pay such cost , and authorizing the issuance of warrants to temporarily finance such acquisition, construc- tion and installation. WHEREAS , the existing municipal sewer system of the City of Everett , Washington, is in need of certain additions , improvements and extensions in order to properly collect and dispose of sanitary sewage ; and WHEREAS , in order to pay the cost of acquiring, construc- ting and installing such additions and improvements to and extens- ions of the municipal sewer system it is deemed necessary and advis- able that the city issue and sell its sewer revenue bonds in the principal sum of not to exceed $350 ,000 ; and WHEREAS , in order to temporarily finance the cost of such acquisition , construction and installation it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants ; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1. The following plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby specified and adopted, to wit : A. The city shall acquire , construct and install the following described sanitary sewer facilities : 1. An 18" diameter trunk line beginning at the inter- section of 110th Street with 19th Avenue E; thence southerly in and along said 19th Avenue E. to a point of connection with a sewage pumping station to be constructed adjacent to the west line of said 19th Avneue E. and the north shore lines
