An 8" diameter sewer line in and along Nels Peters Road beginning at a point 100 ' east of the intersection with Silver Lake Road thence easterly a distance of 275 ' more or less ; thence northerly as a 12" trunk sewer in and along an easement to be acquired for these purposes along a line general- ly parallel with the westerly shoreline of Silver Lake a distance of 1,000' more or less to a sewage pumping station being con- structed as a part of this project and herein before referenced. 5 .
