• <br /> ,. <br /> • • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. t*-- -b • <br /> AN ORDINANCE changing the name of Roze Way in Pecks <br /> Bay View Tracts; according to the Plat recorded in the <br /> office of the Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington <br /> and other maps of record, and repealing all ordinances <br /> or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the name Roze Way in said City in the plat of <br /> Pecks Bay View Tracts, between Beverly Lane and East Drive, be <br /> changed to Rose Way. <br /> Section 2. That the City Engineer be and is hereby instructed <br /> to note the change of names and naming of streets upon all City official <br /> Plats and Maps and the City Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to <br /> prepare and file a certified copy of this ordinance in the office of the <br /> County Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington, with the request that <br /> such names and changes of names be noted upon the official plats of <br /> such additions to the City of Everett, viz. Pecks Bay View Tracts to <br /> the City of Everett, as the same is now on file and recorded in the <br /> office of said County Auditor. <br /> gii.,i (?
