• A - <br /> M <br /> • G <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE zoning certain areas annexed to the City of <br /> Everett, supplementing the zoning map of the City of <br /> Everett as established, Everett City Code, Chapter 15. 04 <br /> (Ordinance No. 3572) . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon recommendation <br /> of the Planning Commission, has determined that the zoning of the area annexed <br /> to the City of Everett herinafter described should be made and is in harmony with <br /> the comprehensive land use for the City of Everett, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City of Everett does hereby declare the property hereinafter <br /> described to be zoned for use as hereinafter designated and the accompanying zone <br /> map of said property is hereby adopted as a part of and a supplement to the zoning <br /> map of the City of Everett, and that the zoning map of the City of Everett as <br /> established by Everett City Code Section 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572) as above <br /> outlined is hereby supplemented in accordance herewith: <br /> R- 1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Section 19, T 28 N. , <br /> R. 5 E. W. M. , and the North-South centerline of said Section 19; <br /> thence North along said North-South centerline to the Southerly <br /> right-of-way line of 112th Street (Stockshow Road); thence Easterly <br /> along the Southerly right-of-way line of 112th Street to the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot 8, Plat of Lakeview Subdivision; thence South 121. 64 feet <br /> along the West line of said Lot 8; thence Easterly to a point on the <br /> East line of Lot 5, Plat of Lakeview Subdivision which is 140 feet <br /> South of the South right-of-way line of 112th Street; thence Southerly <br /> along the West line of Lots 1 and 2, Lakeview Subdivision to the Southerly <br /> right-of-way line of Silver Lake Drive; thence Easterly along the <br /> Southerly right-of-way of Silver Lake Drive to the Northeast corner <br /> of Lot 2, Lakeview Subdivison No. 2; thence Southerly along the East <br /> line of said Lot 2, Lakeview Subdivision No. 2 to an intersection with <br /> the Northerly shorelands of Silver Lake; thence meander South and <br /> Westerly along the shorelands of Silver Lake to an intersection with <br /> the South line of said Section 19; thence Westerly along the South line <br /> of said Section 19 to an intersection with the North-South centerline of <br /> said Section 19 and the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO to be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone <br /> 0 0 "ra <br /> Lots 9, 10, and 11, Plat of^Silver Lake Drive. <br /> R-4, Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Lot 13, Plat of Silver <br /> Lake Drive extended Easterly and the Westerly shorelands of Silver <br /> Lake; thence Westerly along said North line of the Plat of Silver Lake <br /> Drive and the Plat of 1st Addition to Silver Lake Drive to the Easterly <br /> margin of Silver Lake Road; thence Northwesterly to the Northeast <br /> corner of Lot 1, Plat of Silver Lake Drive No. 2; thence Westerly along <br /> the North line of the Plat of Silver Lake Drive No. 2 to the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot 2, Plat of Silver Lake Drive No. 2; thence Southerly <br /> along the West line of said Lot 2 to the North margin line of Nels Peters <br /> Road; thence continue Westerly along the Northerly right-of-way <br />
