AN ORDINANCE creating additional election precincts in the City of Everett, amending Everett City Ordinance No. 3733 and adding new sections to Everett City Code, Title 1.62 to be known as 1.62.825 and 1.62.826. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the Cityof Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1.62.825, which shall read as follows: 1.62.825. Precinct No. 104. Starting at the intersection of Evergreen Way (Highway 99) and Casino Road (84th St. SW) thence southerly along Evergreen Way to the NE corner of Lot 1 Replat Lot 8 of Beverly Garden Tracts Div. No. 1; thence northwesterly along said Replat to the NW corner of Lot 1 of the Plat of Patricia Manor Division No. 2; thence west along the 1/4 sect4on line to the SE corner of Lot No. 4 Beverly Berry Tracts, Div. No. 1 thence South along an extended lot line for 350 ft. ; thence in a direct line west to west line of Section 13;. €hence north to an intersection with Casino Road; thence easterly along Casino Road to Evergreen Way to the true pob, all in Section 13, T 28 N R 4 EWM. Section 2: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1.62.826, which shall read as follows : 1.62.826.
