7 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ,7 - 6 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code, <br /> Section 1.16.080, Section 1.16.110, Section <br /> 1. 16.130, Section 1.16.140 and 1.16 .240 <br /> (Ordinance #4335, Sections 9, 12 , 14, 15 <br /> and 22) , designating the number and compensation <br /> of employees in the Departments of Fire, <br /> Inspection, Police, Police Garage and <br /> Street for the year 1969, and declaring an <br /> emergency to exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Everett City Code 1.16.080 (Ordinance No. <br /> 4335, Section 9) is hereby amended in full to read hereafter <br /> as follows: <br /> 1.16.080 - FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> The number, designation and compensation of employees <br /> in the Fire Department shall be as hereinafter set forth.
