Additionally, Mayor Franklin identified Housing as a <br /> top City priority. Other initiatives in process related to housing and coordinated with the Housing Strategy <br /> include the City's 2020-2024 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan update and housing <br /> elements of the ReThink Zoning project. These efforts will guide alignment of policies,regulations, and <br /> funding priorities for consideration by Council later this year. <br /> Several public engagement activities have occurred since January 2019.
