July 10, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> July 10, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic City <br /> Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 3, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> Council Members Moore and Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from his attendance at the <br /> Public Facilities District Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Vogeli commented on the success of the July 4th parade. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked volunteers for their work on the July 4th parade <br /> and fireworks. He also noted that minutes from the June 19'General Government <br /> Subcommittee meeting were provided to council members. <br /> Council Member Tuohy echoed comments on the success of the July 4th festivities, <br /> and she thanked volunteers and Parks and Arts Commission staff. <br /> Presidet Bader thanked the Everett Police Department for their fireworks <br /> enforcement efforts. He announced that due to the number of attendees, the <br /> Consent Agenda would be moved to follow public comments relating to items not <br /> on the agenda. He also announced that the Public Hearing relating to the <br /> moratorium would follow the Consent Agenda. <br /> 202 <br />
