He stated the purpose of the public hearing <br /> was to take public testimony, discuss alternatives to current regulations, identify <br /> issues for further review by the Planning Commission, and to provide instruction <br /> and/or direction for the Planning Commission and City staff. Mr. Giffen also <br /> reviewed potential considerations and options before Council. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested staff provide additional information about <br /> other housing models. <br /> President Bader opened the public hearing, explained the purpose, and invited <br /> public testimony. <br /> 204 <br />
