July 10, 2019 <br /> William Parent Jr., Everett, spoke about homelessness and the need for more jobs <br /> in Everett. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Bader announced the Council would take a five-minute break. <br /> The Council reconvened at 8:28 p.m. <br /> President Bader suggested the Council consider the following: (1) Should the <br /> moratorium be continued and referred to the Planning Commission?, and if <br /> referred (2) Are there other concerns the Council would like the Planning <br /> Commission to consider regarding the current regulations? <br /> Considerable discussion ensued. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Roberts, <br /> to continue the moratorium and refer to the Planning Commission. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Bader enumerated the topics presented by Council for evaluation by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli,to refer <br /> the following topics to the Planning Commission for review: (1)types of assisted <br /> housing and management, (2) inclusion of supportive housing in single-family <br /> 206 <br />
