July 17, 2019 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7398 acknowledging the payment of audited and <br /> approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,417,974.04 for <br /> the period of June 29, 2019, through July 5, 2019. <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT—SENATOR MARIA CANTWELL <br /> To authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Senator Maria <br /> Cantwell for space at 2930 Wetmore Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts and Moore who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-COUNCIL BILL 1906-32 AND RESOLUTION NO.7399 ADOPTING <br /> 2019 SHORELINE PUBLIC ACCESS PLAN: <br /> President Bader opened the public hearing regarding a proposed Ordinance <br /> concerning the City's Shoreline Public Access Plan, repealing Ordinance No.2692- <br /> 03 adopting the 2003 Shoreline Public Access Plan and a proposed Resolution <br /> adopting the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan. <br /> Karen Stewart, Planning, provided a brief overview of the proposed ordinance and <br /> resolution, including proposed amendments regarding potential public access / <br /> viewpoint at the west-end of the former Kimberly Clark Waste Treatment facility. <br /> President Bader invited public comment. <br /> 213 <br />
