July 17, 2019 <br /> the city clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Moore <br /> Ordinance No. 3687-19 adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION — 2019 SHORELINE PUBLIC ACCESS PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7399 adopting the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Vogeli to <br /> amend the proposed 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan to include additional <br /> language regarding potential public access presented on the project summary <br /> sheet, entire table as revised, including the figures. <br /> Discussion took place regarding a need for coordination with Naval Station Everett <br /> for any potential future projects. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated that he cannot support the proposed amendment <br /> due to a concern regarding potential trail or viewpoint for public access raised by <br /> Naval Station Everett, Port of Everett, and Economic Alliance of the Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who voted no, and Council Members Roberts and Moore who were <br /> excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 215 <br />
