July 17, 2019 <br /> RESOLUTION — 2018 SUPPLEMENTAL II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br /> GRANT AND HOME FUNDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to adopt Resolution No. 7400 concerning 2018 Supplemental II Community <br /> Development Block Grant and HOME Funds reallocations and Annual Action <br /> Plan Amendment. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts and Moore who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — "SWARTOUT HOUSE" LOCATED AT 3909 26TH STREET <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7401 placing the "Swartout House," located at 3909 26th <br /> Street on the Everett Register of Historic Places. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Roberts and Moore who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Bader announced the City Council would recess for a five-minute break, <br /> after which time the Council would go directly into Executive Session for a period <br /> of 15 minutes to discuss a legal matter. <br /> 217 <br />
