1. Grantor agrees the dwelling units on the Property will be restricted exclusively to <br /> supportive housing, provided that the use may change to non-supportive housing if <br /> adequate off-street parking for such housing meeting the standards of the City is provided, <br /> together with any other City conversion requirements including, without limitation, system <br /> development fees. <br /> 2. Any change in the dwelling units of the building for use other than exclusively supportive <br /> housing dwelling units must be approved by the City. The City will approve such a change <br /> if adequate off-street parking is provided, as stated in Paragraph 1, and all other City <br /> conversion requirements are met. <br /> 3.
