Section 8. Records/Audit. <br /> Owner will keep any records and make any reports relating to the compliance <br /> with this Covenant that the City may reasonably require. Owner will provide the City <br /> with reasonable access to such records at the request of the City. Owner acknowledges <br /> that the City is subject to the Washington Public Records Act and other Washington <br /> government transparency laws and will fully cooperate with the City so that the City <br /> may comply with its obligations under all such laws. <br /> Section 9. Miscellaneous <br /> 9.1 Entire Agreement. This Covenant contains the entire agreement between <br /> the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions and <br /> understandings between them with reference to such subject matter. <br /> 9.2 Modification. This Covenant may not be amended or rescinded in any <br /> manner except by an instrument in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of <br /> Owner and by the Mayor of the City. <br /> 9.3 Successors and Assigns. This Covenant shall be binding upon and inure <br /> to the benefit of the heirs, administrators, executors, successors in interest and assigns <br /> of each of the parties hereto. Any reference in this Covenant to a specifically named <br /> party shall be deemed to apply to any successor, heir, administrator, executor or assign <br /> of such party who has acquired its interest in compliance with the terms of this <br /> Covenant,or under law. <br /> 9.4 Notices.
