With the addition of the following, the pians are <br /> approved. <br /> 1. An indirect waste is required for the ice machine. <br /> 2. The three-compartmer:sink must have integral drainboards at both ends. <br /> 3. A horizontal separation of at least 16 inches or a vertical partition 16 inches in height is required <br /> between the handwash sink and the three-compartment sink. <br /> 4. Extra wall protection is required on walls behind sinks and foud proparation tables. A 16-inch high <br /> backsplash of plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforced plastic or equal is acceptable. Wall protection <br /> behind mop sinks must cover the entire splash zone. Plastic coated hardboard is not acceptable. <br /> 5. All light fixtures in food preparation and storage areas must be provided with covers or shatterproof <br /> bulbs. <br /> 6. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br /> 7. Note: This facility lacks a food preparation sink. Because of this food preparation using fresh <br /> produce is not permitted unless and indirectly drained food preparation sink with at least one <br /> drainboard is installed. <br /> A pr�-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in place. <br /> Incomplcte construction may resui[ in a $1��.U0 reinspection tee. Contact the Food Program oftice a <br /> minimum of one week in advance to schedule�n appointment.
