• QUI <br /> 1 tion to any administered by the direction of a law enforcement <br /> officer. The failure or inability to obtain additional test or <br /> 2 tests by a person shall not preclude the admission of evidence <br /> 31 relating to the test or tests taken at the direction of a law <br /> enforcement officer. <br /> 4 ' Upon the request of the person who shall submit to a <br /> 5 chemical test or tests at the request of a law enforcement officer <br /> II full information concerning the test or tests shall be made avail- <br /> 6able to him or to his attorney. <br /> Upon the first conviction for the violation of the pro- <br /> 811 visions of this section, the court shall impose a fine of not less <br /> than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more than Five Hundred Dollars <br /> 91 ($500.00) , and not less than five (5) days or more than six month <br /> in jail. Upon second conviction for a violation of the provisions) <br /> 10 of this section within a period of five years, the court shall <br /> impose a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or <br /> 111 more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and not less than thirty <br /> 12 ' (30) days or more than six (6) months in jail. Upon any subse- <br /> quent conviction for a violation of the provisions of this section <br /> 131, within a period of five years, the court shall impose a fine of <br /> not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than Five <br /> 1411 Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and not less than thirty (30) days or <br /> more than six (6) months in jail, and neither the fine nor the <br /> 15 jail jail sentence so imposed shall be suspended. <br /> 1611 <br /> If any provision of this ordinance or its application to! <br /> 17 any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this <br /> ordinance or the application of the provision to other persons <br /> 18 or circumstances is not affected. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 (! <br /> 221 Robert C.
