• • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE No. 19-69 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the present ordinance with regard to parking of <br /> trailers, Section 3; July 14, 1953, Everett City Code 4. 46. 030. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYOF EVERETT: <br /> Everett City Ordinance No. 3422, Section 3; July 14, 1953; Everett City Code <br /> 4. 46. 030 is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefore: <br /> Trailers - to be parked in trailer camp - exception. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to camp, place, stand, park, or locate <br /> any trailer in the City of Everett, except within a trailer camp. <br /> PROVIDED, however, that the same may be parked and used outside of the <br /> trailer camp for a period not to exceed 48 hours continuous time for sleeping <br /> and housekeeping purposes. Commercially constructed mobile homes (trailers) <br /> may be used as a temporary contractor's or watchman's office, lunch room, <br /> and/or drying and tool room on the job site while construction is in progress <br /> and/or a building permit is valid. Commercially constructed and custom <br /> designed mobile homes (trailers) may be utilized as temporary quarters for <br /> business concerns on a site proposed for a permanent structure and for which <br /> a building permit has been applied for or issued. <br /> Notwithstanding Ordinance No. 4308 (ECC 2. 12. 010), when approved by <br /> the City Council, a commercially constructed and custom designed mobile <br /> home (trailer) may be temporarily used and occupied for a period not to <br /> exceed six months for either private or public educational purposes. The <br /> City Council shall stipulate terms and conditions for such approval, including <br /> but not limited to the number of parking spaces required, the number of exits <br /> required in the mobile home (trailer), the distance required from adjacent <br /> properties or structures, and the plumbing and water hook-ups. <br /> There shall be a $100. 00 processing fee for each trailer for which approval <br /> is requested. <br /> 6?
