contents satisfactory to the city and its counsel , has been filed
<br /> with the city .
<br /> Section 3 . That for the purpose of providing $2 ,700 ,000 to
<br /> pay part of the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing the
<br /> additions and improvements to and extensions of the sewerage
<br /> system of the city authorized by Ordinances No. 4193 , No . 4300 ,
<br /> No. 4313 and No. 4331 the city shall now issue and sell the Bonds .
<br /> The total estimated cost of such additions , improvements and extensions
<br /> is hereby aeclared to be , as near as may be , $3 ,965 ,000. The balance
<br /> of such cost shall be paid out of available cash , federal grants
<br /> and earnings from the investment of Bond proceeds .
<br /> The Bonds shall be dated April 1, 1969 , shall be in
<br /> denominations of $5 ,000 each aond shall be numbered , mature and
<br /> bear interest payable October. 1, 1969 and semiannually thereafter
<br /> on the first days of April and October of each year thereafter
<br /> as follows :
