(f) The covenants and agreements of the city contained in Ordinance No. 3768 and particularly in Sections 8 and 11 of said ordinance and contained in Ordinance No. 3955 and particularly in Section 9 of said ordinance constituting agreements of the city protecting and safeguarding the security and rights of the holders of the Outstanding Parity Bonds shall be equally applicable to the Bonds and shall inure to the benefit of the holders from time to time of the Bonds and are hereby made a part of this ordinance with respect to the Bonds as though fully set forth herein. (g) The city hereby reserves the right to issue Parity Revenue Bonds under the same terms , conditions and requirements and with the same limitations and restrictions as provided in Section 11 of Ordinance No. 3768 and Section 9 of Ordinance No. 3955 for the issuance of revenue bonds on a parity with the Outstanding Parity Bonds . Section 10 .
