• The interest coupons attached to the bonds shall be in substantially the following form: No. $ On the first day of , 19 , the City of Everett , Washington, will pay to bearer at the office of the City Treasurer in Everett , or, at the option of the holder, at the fiscal agency of the State of Washington in New York , New York, the amount shown hereon in lawful money of the United States of America out of the special fund of the city known as "Everett Sewer Revenue Bond Redemption Fund ," said sum being the semiannual interest due that date on its sewer revenue bond dated April 1 , 1969 and numbered CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON By Mayor ATTEST: City Clerk Section 11 . The bonds shall be signed on behalf of the city with the facsimile signature of its Mayor, shall be attested by its Clerk, and shall have the corporate seal of the city impressed thereon. The interest coupons attached thereto shall be executed with the facsimile signatures of said officials . Section 12 . The Bonds shall be sold at public sale , and bids therefor will be publicly opened , read and considered at the City Hall , Everett , Washington, at 10 : 00 o ' clock A.M. , Pacific Standard Time , on the 9th day of April , 1969 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise the Bonds for sale in the manner required by law, and upon the sale of the Bonds the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to do everything necessary for the prompt execution, issuance and delivery of the Bonds and for the proper 17 .
