' " , / <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing Administrative Services Department <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 4335, Section 5, ECC 1. 16.040. <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Everett deems it appro- <br /> priate to provide additional administrative staff to work <br /> under the direction of the Mayor and upon the request and in <br /> coordination with the City Council. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Ordinance No. 4335, Section 5, ECC 1.16.040 <br /> is hereby amended in full to read hereafter as follows: <br /> Administrative Services Department. The number, designation <br /> and compensation of officers and employees in the Administrative <br /> Services Department shall be as hereinafter set forth.
