Explanation Minimum Minimum <br /> Per Vehicle Per Cubic Yard <br /> (6) Commercial refuse trucks None $.45 <br /> (7) All refuse delivered by <br /> methods in vehicles other <br /> than above listed None .45 <br /> All private passenger cars and stationwagons and pickup trucks <br /> which display to the sanitation superintendent or the collector of refuse <br /> duly authorized by the City acting under the direction of the sanitation <br /> superintendent, a receipt showing that the bearer is a resident of the City <br /> who has currently paid in full the collector of refuse and/or the City of <br /> Everett for garbage service to his private residential dwelling, shall be <br /> admitted to the waste disposal site free of the charges set forth in sub- <br /> divisions (1) through (5) of this section; provided the waste material being <br /> disposed of at this disposal site is garbage, waste and refuse material of <br /> the private residence of the owner of such vehicle. <br /> The sanitation superintendent shall live authority to refuse to <br /> accept materials for disposal at the disposal site from any person not paying <br /> the fees herein set forth, Further, the refuse superintendent shall have <br /> authority to refuse to accept materials for disposal at the disposal site from <br /> commercial haulers and collectors who have not paid for disposal services <br /> at the disposal site by the 10th of the month following the rendering of a <br /> statement from the city to such contractor. The sanitation superintendent <br /> shall maintain accurate records in a daily log of all fees received at the <br /> disposal site, and further, a log or record that will include information on <br /> the number of vehicles that use the site, the type and volume of waste received, <br /> any deviation from normal operations that may have occurred during any particular <br /> day. The records of the disposal site and all accounts for fees collected shall <br /> .• be under the direction of the city clerk-comptroller, and the sanitation super- <br /> intendent shall establish that system of accounting to obtain the information <br /> herein set forth as may be prescribed by the city clerk-comptroller or Mayor <br /> from time to time. <br />
