XXIV. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION <br /> This AHTF Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to the <br /> subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions and understandings between <br /> them. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by an <br /> instrument in writing signed by a duly authorized officer or representative of each of the <br /> parties hereto. <br /> XXV. TIME OF THE ESSENCE <br /> Time is of the essence in the performance of each party's obligations under this <br /> Agreement.
