The proposed work will not increase the height or horizonal <br />profile of the base station and will not add any new cabinets of equipment. As such, it qualifies as an <br />eligible facility request under Section 6409(a) of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of <br />2012. <br />Please find the following documents enclosed with this application: <br />1.
