Originally, based upon your November 9, <br /> 2017, letter that was presented to the City Council during the public hearing for <br /> the city's surplus action,the letter stated that you had retained legal <br /> representation and that the city would receive further correspondence from <br /> your attorney regarding the matter. <br /> I know life gets busy and things tend to fall by the wayside once the immediacy <br /> of an issue has been dealt with. That said,the city is still interested in <br /> surplusing the property as it is not needed for city or public purposes any <br /> longer. It would be greatly appreciated if you could have your attorney follow <br /> up with the city on what your next steps are going forward. It is understood <br /> that you may be seeking recourse through the purchase process of your <br /> property and that that takes time.
