July 31, 2019 <br /> President Bader suggested referral of this item to Public Safety Subcommittee if <br /> there is no second to the motion. <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. Council Member Vogeli withdrew the <br /> motion. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the need for more information from the Liquor and <br /> Cannabis Board; what requirements are allowable for medical marijuana; <br /> obtaining harder information on revenue throughout the state; a review of <br /> available maps, restrictions and setbacks; and any additional information that may <br /> be available about police calls. <br /> Mayor Franklin stated City staff would be available to address questions unrelated <br /> to public safety. <br /> Adopt Resolution concerning the delegation of the establishment and <br /> modification of public parking rates at the Municipal EVERPARK Garage, <br /> repealing Resolution No. 4562 as amended. <br /> Presented by Paul Kaftansi, Administration <br /> Discussion took place regarding Council notification of quarterly rate adjustment <br /> reviews. <br /> Mr. Kaftanski stated that Council would be notified. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1907-34 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to Mobile Food Unit Licensing, repealing Chapter <br /> 21 of Ordinance No. 295-74, as amended (Chapter 5.84 EMC) and <br /> amending Chapter 9 of Ordinance No. 295-74, as amended (Chapter 5.36 <br /> EMC) <br /> 229 <br />
