July 31, 2019 <br /> RESOLUTION — PURCHASE OF ROTORK ACTUATORS AND GEARBOXES <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7405 waiving public bidding requirements and <br /> approving multiple year sole-source purchase of Rotork Actuators and <br /> Gearboxes from Beaver Equipment, Inc. <br /> RESOLUTION —SURPLUS/AGILENT ICP-MS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7406 declaring Agilent ICP-MS 7500ce surplus and <br /> authorizing sale at public auction. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT— INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING <br /> Council Member Murphy recused himself due to his current appointment to the <br /> PFD Board and left the council chambers at 8:38 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Stonecipher, <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement <br /> with Everett Public Facilities District. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused and Council Member Murphy who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Murphy returned to the council chambers at 8:38 p.m. <br /> 231 <br />
