J <br /> CERTIFICATION OF NONCONFORMING USE/BUILDING - The above described building <br /> and use have been in existence since 1904 per Water Application records in <br /> the City's Building Permit file; therefore I hereby find that the above <br /> parcel is a nonconforming use/building under the City Zoning Code (E.M.C. . <br /> 19.56). This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br /> information upon which it is based is erroneous. <br /> THIS CERTIFICATION HAS BEEN ISSUED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The Applicant shall remove the box of bricks stored in front between the <br /> bookstore and single family structure. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall remove items stored in parking lot (camper, lumber, <br /> etc.) and parking area shall not be used for storage. <br /> 3.
