Exhibit A—Debts and Accounts to Be Collected <br /> Collection. From time to time,the City will identify past due library patron accounts for collection by <br /> Unique Management Services. The City hereby assigns such identified accounts to Unique. Unique <br /> agrees to re-convey, re-assign,or rescind the assignment of a past due library account at any time upon <br /> the City's request. Unique Management Services may proceed with whatever steps are necessary for <br /> collection of the accounts.The city warrants to Unique Management Services, the accuracy of the <br /> overdue amount information furnished on accounts submitted. <br /> 90 Day Trial Period. The City may submit past due patron accounts for ninety(90)days from the date <br /> when the accounts are first due. Although Unique Management prefers that accounts be submitted no <br /> more than sixty(60)days past due,accounts will be accepted up to ninety(90)days past due. All <br /> accounts must have$25.00 balances or greater.The City understands that if it is pleased with results and <br /> satisfied with the service at the conclusion of the 90 day trial,the City will pay Unique compensation as <br /> stated herein. At the end of ninety days, if the City is not completely satisfied,the City may discontinue <br /> the service with no cost for the patron accounts processed. <br /> The City gives Unique Management Services permission to report all unpaid accounts to national credit <br /> reporting agencies. <br />
