Ted de Budden \Ni i� 07 . d 13 <br /> From: Ted de Budden <br /> Sent: Thursday,July 27, 2017 1:22 PM <br /> To: Anne Weech <br /> Cc: Kevin Fagerstrom <br /> Subject: 1210 35th St. CE-17-0612 <br /> Madam clerk, <br /> As requested by the Hearing Examiner on July 20th 2017, an inspection was conducted today of the building located at <br /> 1210 35th St. Everett WA. <br /> The purpose of this inspection is to determine if construction work has been conducted within the dwelling structure, <br /> and to determine if the nature of said construction activity is required to have permits and inspections. <br /> Observations made during this inspection revealed that construction work requiring permits has been taking place.This <br /> work includes Electrical work, Plumbing work, and Structural modifications being made to the framing of the building. <br /> A records check indicates that his work has been taking place without required permits or inspections. <br /> Some of these alterations and conditions revealed today are violations of code and life safety hazards to occupants of <br /> the building, "exposed and faulty electrical wiring, missing smoke alarms,faulty plumbing, and faulty structural <br /> modifications." <br /> It is my position that these conditions and alterations have created an Unlawful Structure as defined by code.
