• Upon application as hereinafter set forth, the monthly sewer ser- vice charge for each of the months of July, August and September, for each sewer customer having a metered water service and using water for sprink- ling purposes, shall be the amount computed by adding the individual customer's sewer service charge for the previous three monthly billings (April, May and June), and dividing by three; however, for the year 1965 only, the charge shal. be computed by adding the individual customer's previous two monthly billings (May and June) and dividing by two; provided, however, that all persons desiring such adjustment in both cases, by reasons of using water for sprink- ling purposes, shall make application in writing with the City Clerk ComptrolHH ler on or before the thirtieth day of June of the year such adjustment is sought to be applied. C. For all customers other than single family dwellings whose property has not been charged by local improvement district assessment or otherwise with the cost of a lateral sewer and for all customers other than single family dwellings whose property has not been charged by local improvement district assessment or otherwise with the cost of a trunk sewer hereinafter constructed and/or special facilities required for acceptance and transportation of sewage hereinafter constructed (excluding the connection charge provided in Section 14. 12. 010), there shall be charged in addition to the rates provided in Paragraphs A and B above, an additional charge as hereinafter set forth: (1) All customers located in the area hereinafter described shall pay in addition to the rates provided in Paragraphs A and B above a charge of $3. 75 per month plus 5 cents for each foot of property over 75 feet adjacent to the sanitary system or the combined sewer system. Lots shall be measured on one side only, and that side shall be the longer side. -3-
