Hello Eddie, I have examined your photo attachments and noted your observations. Here is my statement regarding the matter. Because of the sewage spill within the underfloor area of this structure I can comfortably state that this structure(both units)are Unfit for Human Occupancy as defined by IPMC section 108.1.3 The building should be vacated immediately.Repair to the plumbing system will require permits and inspection. approval Additionally,your photos show damaged dryer ducting and damaged pumps Consultation with Snohomish County Health District is recommended to determine safe and suitable abatement procedures for the contamination. Only upon successful completion of the necessary repairs and decontamination should the structure be considered for re-occupancy. Hi Ted and Brain, Please view the email attachments The property crawl spaces did possesses existing moisture and water inside of the crawl space areas of 71.3 60th Street SW enhanced with the smell odor of extreme raw sewage drainage. I did smell the extreme raw sewage and drainage odor from the two(2)property crawl spaces Unit A and Unit B.
