- EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization&Program: Housing Hope: Child and Family Specialist <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> Providing essential child development services and parent support to ensure that the children who experience <br /> homelessness or live in poverty today do not grow up to be homeless adults. This program serves homeless or low <br /> income children aged birth to 17 who are either residing in Housing Hope's Emergency Shelter and Service <br /> Supported Homeless Housing in Everett or attending Tomorrow's Hope Child Development Center in South <br /> Everett. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: <br /> A Child Intervention hour is defined as the time required to assess child development, safety,parenting skill level; <br /> assess school success;create goals;provide counseling and guidance;and coordinate with other agencies for <br /> services. <br /> Housing Hope: Child and Family Specialist anticipates this grant will fund a total of 200 units of service for 25 <br /> (unduplicated count) Everett residents each year(define period—month, quarter, etc.) <br /> Housing Hope: Child and Family Specialist anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2019 through 12/31/2019, by <br /> quarters,will be: <br /> First Qtr.
