ORDINANCE NO . Z7,.7_42,:? ` AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of certain additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city , declaring the estimated cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $2 ,700 ,000 of sewer revenue bonds of the city to provide funds to pay such cost , and authorizing the issuance of warrants to temporarily finance such acquisition, construction and installation. WHEREAS , the existing municipal sewer system of the City of Everett , Washington, is in need of certain additions , improvements and extensions in order to properly collect and dispose of sanitary sewage ; and WHEREAS , in order to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and extensions of the municipal sewer system it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue and sell its sewer revenue bonds in the principal sum of not to exceed $2 ,700 ,000 ; and WHEREAS , in order to temporarily finance the cost of such acquisition, construction and installation it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants ; NOW, THEREFORE, in order to temporarily finance the cost of such acquisition, construction and installation it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants ; NOW, THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 . The plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein is hereby specified and adopted. Such improvements shall be complete with all necessary appurtenances , all in accordance with the maps , plans and specifications prepared by the city engineer and now on file in his office .
