'-(- ? )-7 2 3 AN ORDINANCE zoning certain areas annexed to the City 4 of Everett, supplementing the zoning map of the City of Everett as established, Everett City Code, Chapter 15 .04. 5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon 6 recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that the zoning of the area annexed to the City of Everett hereinafter de- 7 scribed should be made and is in harmony with the comprehensive land use for the City of Everett, 8 9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 10 SECTION 1: That the City of Everett does hereby declare the property hereinafter described to be zoned for use as herein- 11 after designated and the accompanying zone map of said property 12 is hereby adopted as a part of and a supplement to the zoning map o_ the City of Everett, and that the zoning map of the City of 13 Everett as established by Everett City Code Section 15 .04.040 as above outlined is hereby supplemented in accordance herewith. 14 R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone 15 16 All that land lying South of the South R/W line of 100th Street; West of the West R/W line of 19th Avenue 17 West (Bothell-Everett Highway) ; North of the South R/W line of 106th Street and East of the East R/W line 18 of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) ; ALSO Lots 22 , 23 , 24, 25, 26 , 27, 28, 29, 36, 37 and 38, Plat of Broadway 19 Farms No. 2 ; ALSO that portion of the SW4 NE4 of Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 EWM, lying 20 West of the West R/W line of Interstate Freeway 21 (;_AI-5) ; ALSO that portion of the NW 4 SE 4 of said Section 19, lying West of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) 22 • and North of the North R/W line of Stockshow Road (112th Street) . 23 24 R-3, Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone 25 All that property bound on the North by the South R/W line of 106th Street, on the East by the West 26 R/W line of 19th Avenue (Bothell-Everett Highway) , on the South by the North R/W line of 112th Street 27 (Stockshow Road) , and on the West by the East R/W line of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) less the follow- 28 ing described portion of land: Beginning at the 29 Southeast corner of vacated Lot 16 , Plat of Silver Lake Heights, said point also being the intersection 30 of the West R/W line of 19th Avenue and the North R/W line of 112th Street; thence North 0° 04 ' West 31 along the West.
