1 ORDINANCE NO. '-(- ? )-7 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 AN ORDINANCE zoning certain areas annexed to the City <br /> 4 of Everett, supplementing the zoning map of the City of Everett <br /> as established, Everett City Code, Chapter 15 .04. <br /> 5 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> 6 recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that the <br /> zoning of the area annexed to the City of Everett hereinafter de- <br /> 7 scribed should be made and is in harmony with the comprehensive <br /> land use for the City of Everett, <br /> 8 <br /> 9 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 10 SECTION 1: That the City of Everett does hereby declare <br /> the property hereinafter described to be zoned for use as herein- <br /> 11 after designated and the accompanying zone map of said property <br /> 12 is hereby adopted as a part of and a supplement to the zoning map <br /> o_ the City of Everett, and that the zoning map of the City of <br /> 13 Everett as established by Everett City Code Section 15 .04.040 as <br /> above outlined is hereby supplemented in accordance herewith. <br /> 14 <br /> R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone <br /> 15 <br /> 16 All that land lying South of the South R/W line of <br /> 100th Street; West of the West R/W line of 19th Avenue <br /> 17 West (Bothell-Everett Highway) ; North of the South R/W <br /> line of 106th Street and East of the East R/W line <br /> 18 of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) ; ALSO Lots 22 , 23 , 24, <br /> 25, 26 , 27, 28, 29, 36, 37 and 38, Plat of Broadway <br /> 19 Farms No. 2 ; ALSO that portion of the SW4 NE4 of <br /> Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 EWM, lying <br /> 20 <br /> West of the West R/W line of Interstate Freeway <br /> 21 (;_AI-5) ; ALSO that portion of the NW 4 SE 4 of said <br /> Section 19, lying West of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) <br /> 22 • and North of the North R/W line of Stockshow Road <br /> (112th Street) . <br /> 23 <br /> 24 R-3, Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone <br /> 25 All that property bound on the North by the South <br /> R/W line of 106th Street, on the East by the West <br /> 26 R/W line of 19th Avenue (Bothell-Everett Highway) , <br /> on the South by the North R/W line of 112th Street <br /> 27 (Stockshow Road) , and on the West by the East R/W <br /> line of Interstate Freeway (FAI-5) less the follow- <br /> 28 ing described portion of land: Beginning at the <br /> 29 Southeast corner of vacated Lot 16 , Plat of Silver <br /> Lake Heights, said point also being the intersection <br /> 30 of the West R/W line of 19th Avenue and the North <br /> R/W line of 112th Street; thence North 0° 04 ' West <br /> 31 along the West. R/W of said 19th Avenue a distance <br /> of 737 . 76 feet; thence South 89° 56 ' West a dis- <br /> 32 tance of 615.14 feet; thence South 0° 04 ' East a <br /> -1 - <br />
