No. 1, the existing Everett city limits line, to the westerly <br /> r/w line of Evergreen Way; th Northeasterly along the westerly r/w <br /> line of Evergreen Way, the existing Everett city limits line, to the <br /> southerly r/w line of Casino Road; th westerly along the southerly r/w <br /> line, the existing city limits line, to the westerly r/w line of <br /> Hardison Road, the point of beginning. <br /> Section 2: That upon the annexation of the property herinafter <br /> set forth, said property thereof annexed shall become a part of <br /> Everett, a municipal corporation, and shall be subject to all its <br /> laws and ordinances then and thereafter inforce.
