• t _ • ORDINANCE NO. -' ', / AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of certain additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city , declaring the estimated cost thereof, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $90,000 of sewer revenue bonds of the city to provide funds to pay such cost , and authorizing the issuance of warrants to temporarily finance such acquisition, construction and installation. WHEREAS , the existing municipal sewer system of the City of Everett , Washington, is in need of certain additions , improvements and extensions in order to properly collect and dispose of sanitary sewage; and WHEREAS , in order to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and extensions of the municipal sewer system it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue and sell its sewer revenue bonds in the principal sum of not to exceed $90,000 ; and WHEREAS , in order to temporarily finance the cost of such acquisition, construction and installation it is deemed necessary and advisable that the city issue its sewer revenue warrants ; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 . The following plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby specified and adopted, to wit : A. The city shall acquire , construct and install a sewer line a portion of which shall be 8" in diameter and a portion of which shall be 12" in diameter beginning at existing Manhole No . 87 . 11.1 as shown on the Edgewater Darlington sewer plan (said manhole being 25 feet easterly of the centerline of Glenwood Avenue and on the centerline of the unnamed street on the north boundary of the Plat of Soundview Addition No. 1) thence southwesterly in Glenwood Avenue for 14574. 35 feet to a point southerly of Kenwood Avenue .
