11 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE ORDINANCE TRC /DING FOR THE VACATION OF: <br /> That portion of Howarth Drive lying 30 feet <br /> on each side of the centerline of Howarth <br /> Drive and described es follows: <br /> Begin at the 1/16 corner et the Southwest <br /> corner of Government Lot 2, section 36, <br /> Township 29 N., Range 4 E.W.M. thence <br /> following the center line of 14warth Drive <br /> as shown on the official recorded plat <br /> of Harbor View Addition, N 4* 09' 55" <br /> Bait 211.29 feet; thence N 9. 35' 28 East <br /> 103.77 to the true point of beginning; thence <br /> continue along the centerline of Howarth <br /> Drive to a point on a line which is at right <br /> angles to Howarth Drive and So feet north of <br /> the centerline of Olympic Blvd.; <br /> ALSO, that portion of Howarth Drive lying <br /> northerly of the following described line: <br /> Begin at the said point on the centerline <br /> of Howarth Drive and 80 fest north of the <br /> centerline of Olympic Blvd., thence I 76* . <br /> 35' 28" East 30 feet; thence N 64' 32' 38 <br /> Seat 69.30 feet to a point of tangency with <br /> a curve to the left having a radius of ' .18 <br /> feet and a central angle of 1520 03' 15 <br /> and the end of this description. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the <br /> private property abutting upon the streets end alleys above <br /> described have duly filed a petition with the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett preying for vacation of said streets and <br /> alleys, and, <br /> WHERAS, said City Council of the City of Everett <br /> did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 17th day of July, 1968, <br /> at 9:00 A.m. of said day for the hearing and determination of <br /> said petition, and, <br /> WHEREAS, dui and legal notice of the time and place <br /> of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner proscribed by law, and, <br /> WIMMEAS, at the time and place fixed for hearings <br /> objections to the vacating of the herein described streets and <br /> alleys were beard end discussed, and, <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett that a portion of said streets and alleys <br /> petitioned to be vacated should be vacated, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That the streets and alleys of the <br /> City of Everett, Colinty of Snohomish, State of Washington, des- <br /> cribed'as follows, to wit; <br /> QFF1C1AL RECORDS <br /> vot <br /> 239 pgre79 <br />
