• • • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � y <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code, Section 1.16.030, <br /> 1.16.070 and 1.16.080, Ordinance 4263, designating the <br /> number and compensation of employees in the City Clerk- <br /> Comptroller, Traffic Eng. , Planning Dir. and Fire Departments for <br /> the year 1968 and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That Everett City Code Section 1.16.030 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows : <br /> 1.16.030. City Clerk-Comptroller. The number, designation and <br /> compensation of employees in the City Clerk-Comptroller Depart- <br /> ment shall be as hereinafter set forth. The Planning Department <br /> shall be an independent department under the direction of the <br /> City Commissioners of the City of Everett.
